We come from Collingwood, Ontario, a medium sized town, renowned for its kindness and its history, its little known sights and trails, and the leisurely pace of life.  In the 1800s the surrounding area was famous for trading and ship-work, and very wealthy at that.  Now, the old buildings retain a warm reminder of a simpler time.  Establishing our brewery amidst all of this attraction and culture would draw in the already vibrant culture of the Grey Highlands area.
